By using the NutriLens app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read this text carefully.

The analysis, scores, and summaries provided by NutriLens are for informational purposes only. Our App does not provide medical diagnosis or substitute for professional dietician/doctor advice. If you have food allergies, chronic conditions, or special dietary needs, always consult a healthcare professional before acting on app results.

1. Scope of Service

NutriLens analyzes food products using barcode scanning technology and third-party data sources (Open Food Facts, Google Gemini) to provide health scores, nutrition facts, additives, Nutri-Score, NOVA processing levels, and Green Score. The accuracy of these analyses depends on the product database currency and ingredient list clarity. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

2. Account and Registration

• The App can be used anonymously without registration.
• You may optionally sign in with your Google or Apple account.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions performed under it.

3. NutriLens PRO Subscription

• NutriLens PRO is a paid subscription offering additional features: personal allergen profile, healthier alternative suggestions, product comparison, family profiles, weekly nutrition report, and kids mode.
• Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Prices are displayed within the App and on the relevant store (App Store / Google Play).
• Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Google Play settings. After cancellation, PRO access continues until the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not use the App for illegal purposes.
• You may not engage in activities that damage, overload, or compromise the security of the App.
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using App content, database, or analysis results is prohibited.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The NutriLens App, its design, logo, content, and analysis algorithms are the intellectual property of FinestFor. All rights reserved. Open Food Facts data is used under the Open Database License (ODbL).

6. Limitation of Liability

• NutriLens cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect reading of product ingredients, incomplete or outdated database information, or inaccuracies in analysis results.
• The choice of foods consumed is entirely the user's responsibility.
• Allergen warnings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a medical guarantee. Users with severe allergies should always check the product label personally.
• The App is provided "as is." No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

7. Account Deletion and Termination

• You can permanently delete your account and all data via "Profile > Delete My Account" within the App.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Kayseri shall have jurisdiction.
